North Point Heating and Air was formed in 1974 by Jeff Simpson. For over 40 years, we have been dedicated to providing all-inclusive heating, air conditioning services to the residents and businesses of Fulton and Forsyth Counties Georgia. We are your local choice for HVAC in Roswell, GA. Our business objective is to provide honest, certified and well trained Service Engineers to those in need of repairs on their heating and cooling units, or are considering replacement of their existing equipment.
As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, our Service Engineers are required to complete comprehensive training and certification courses in order to educate our customers on the newest and best equipment for their home or office. With major technological advances being made within the HVAC industry and Carrier leading the way, this consultative approach has been the secret to our success.

As General Manager of North point, Mr. Simpson is focused on providing leadership that drives a “sense of urgency” culture that takes advantage of the company’s 44-year heritage serving families and businesses in the North Atlanta area. He joined the company in 2001 as a Service Technician dedicated to complete customer satisfaction and has continued to expand his knowledgebase, improve processes and team building. Jeff is committed to providing a “best in class” experience for customers and team members while expanding the company through increasing consumer demand for quality heating, cooling and indoor air quality solutions and related home and business products and services.
Jeff Simpson is: an E.P.A. and N.A.T.E. Certified Service Technician, Indoor Air Quality Specialist and a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer Equipment Consultant – He is a talented musician and enjoys outdoor activities such as Hunting and Fishing.

He can quickly and accurately diagnose the cause behind air quality issues and propose solutions that will solve the problem while meeting budgetary restraints. Mr. Talamo is Universally E.P.A. Certified – N.A.T.E. Certified and Certified in Indoor Air Quality Solutions and Equipment. Jeremiah and his wife Kayleigh are proud parents of their 2 year old son, River. He enjoys performing music as a drummer, kayaking with his wife and spending time with his son.

Mr. Rosas came to North Point in the year 2014 and has proven to be a master of all trades. With a very analytical and mechanical mind, Armando has the ability to quickly diagnose the most complicated HVAC issues and perform the necessary repairs with efficiency and expediency. His honest and trustworthy demeanor has been a great asset to this organization and to those he serves on our behalf.
Mr. Rosas is Universally Certified E.P.A., N.A.T.E. Certified along with Heat Exchanger Certification and an Indoor Air Quality Specialist. Armando is a proud father of 2 year old Anthony. He enjoys working on cars and other machinery in his spare time, performing customized engine and body modifications. He is also a drummer and music enthusiast.
Mr. Rodriguez came to North Point 5 years ago, fresh out of HVAC school and quickly moved up in the ranks to become our Installation Manager. David’s commitment to installation excellence and client satisfaction is exemplary. David is E.P.A. and N.A.T.E. certified.
As a trained Carrier Factory Authorized Installer he can answer all your HVAC installation questions.
David has 2 dogs, loves going to car shows and working on suspension systems.
Meet Sampson ~ our heating and cooling mascot. He assists us on a daily basis to offer you the best customer service in the industry. His favorite activities are long walks and long naps, as well as chewing rawhides whenever he has time.
